A little Fuvahmulah is a hobby project: a miniature of the island where people can wander, meet and talk. It is offered free of charge and as it is, with no promise that it will always be available, complete or free of mistakes.
Treat other visitors as you would on the real island. Do not harass, threaten or abuse anyone, share content that is illegal or hateful, impersonate others, or try to break or overload the service.
Hosts and moderators may mute, remove or ban anyone who breaks these terms, at their discretion, and may keep a record of the action. To report abuse, use the report button on the island or email info@fvm.town. A report can attach the last 30 seconds of voice you were hearing; the privacy policy says how long that is kept and who can play it.
Sign-in is through Google. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may stop using the island at any time; see the privacy policy for how to delete your data.
The island model is made from public data and our own work. It is a playful approximation, not a navigation aid. Do not rely on it for real-world directions or safety.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law of the place you live.
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the island after a change means you accept it.
